Here’s a little something I wrote during a journaling session last month:
I feel...
at EASE knowing I’m strong even when I don’t appear to be.
HAPPY even when things aren’t flowing the way I’d like them to.
ENCOURAGED even when things or circumstances are bringing me down.
HEALTHY even when I’m not able to workout 3x a week.
LOVED even when friends and family may disappoint me.
PEACEFUL even when there’s a pandemic and there’s nothing I can do about it.
